Booking
How much does a wakeboarding session cost in Dubai?+
Prices vary by boat, time of day, and duration. Most sessions range from 450 to 700 AED per hour, with an average around 600 AED. The prices on Wavee are the same as on the provider's own website. You can see live pricing for every available boat when you search by date and time.

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekend morning sessions which fill up fast. Each boat has a minimum notice period set by the provider — you will see this on the listing page.
Can I book for a group?+
Yes. Each boat listing shows its maximum guest capacity. You select the number of guests during checkout. Pricing is per session, not per person — so bringing friends does not change the price.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You pay online when you book — card payments only. No cash payments at the marina.
Do I get a confirmation?+
Yes. You receive a booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp immediately after payment. You can also view all your bookings in your rider dashboard.
What if the time I want is not available?+
Try the time navigation arrows on the search results page to check 30 minutes before or after your preferred time. You can also try a different date or a different boat in the same area.
On the Water
Do I need experience to book?+
No. Many boats welcome beginners for wakeboarding and wakesurfing. Check the listing description for any rider requirements. Some boats note weight limits or age restrictions.

Each listing shows exactly what equipment the provider includes — boards, wetsuits, life jackets, helmets, ropes. Most providers supply everything you need, and most boats provide refreshments on board (but it's better to check). The crew provides basic instruction, and you can add a dedicated coach at checkout for pro tips if one is available.
What should I wear and bring?+
Wear swimwear or athletic clothing you are comfortable getting wet in. Bring sunscreen, a towel, and a change of clothes. Most equipment is provided by the boat — check the listing to confirm.
What happens if the weather is bad?+
If a session is cancelled due to weather, you receive a full 100% refund regardless of the cancellation policy. Weather cancellations are at the provider's discretion. The provider will contact you via WhatsApp if conditions are unsafe.
What activities are available on Wavee?+
Wakeboarding, wakesurfing, water skiing, and foiling. Each boat lists which activities it offers. You can filter search results by activity type.

What is the cancellation policy?+
Each boat has its own 3-tier cancellation policy set by the provider. The policy is shown on the listing page and during checkout. Typically: full refund if cancelled well in advance, partial refund closer to the session date, and no refund within 24 hours.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Go to My Bookings in your rider dashboard, open the booking, and click Cancel. You will see the refund amount before confirming. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?+
There is no automatic reschedule option yet. To change your session time, cancel the existing booking (refund per policy) and book a new session at the time you prefer.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Wavee never sees or stores your card details.
For Providers
How do I list my boat on Wavee?+
Sign up as a provider, complete your profile, add your boat with photos and details, set your availability and pricing, then submit for review. Once approved, your boat appears in search results and riders can book online.
Register as a provider →How and when do I get paid?+
Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect. You set up your Stripe account from the provider dashboard. There is a 48-hour hold period after each completed session before earnings become available for payout.
Can I manage my own bookings?+
Yes. Providers can create manual bookings for walk-ins or phone bookings, view all bookings on a calendar, export booking history as CSV, and manage team members with different access roles.
